MethodWriting to the office
The office takes instructions and enquiries in writing, at management@arpremierproperties.life. That is deliberate rather than awkward. Almost everything on this site turns on a date, a reading, a document or a condition, and every one of those is a thing that has to be evidenced later. A written enquiry starts a file; a conversation starts a recollection.
Where something is urgent — a leak, a failed lock, an alarm that does not sound, a guest standing outside a door that will not open — write it anyway and put the word first in the subject line, because that is what gets a message read before the ones underneath it.
SubjectWhat to put on the first line
One subject line format is used for everything, in this order: the full address including the flat number, then the postcode, then three or four words saying what it is about. A message headed with the address can be filed against the property the moment it arrives. A message headed with a greeting has to be opened and read before anybody knows which of several hundred possible files it belongs to, and that costs the reply its first hour.
ContentWhat to include, by what you are asking
An owner instructing
Address and postcode; whether the property is empty, occupied or about to be; the tenure you want it on; the dates on the gas record, the electrical report and the energy certificate; and whether there is a block managing agent above it.
Ground plate — fee basis
A guest enquiry
The arrival date, the number of nights, the number in the party, and anything about access that matters: a late arrival, a vehicle that needs a bay, stairs that would be a problem.
Shelves one and two
An occupier reporting
Address and flat number, the room, what is happening and since when, and whether it is getting worse. A photograph helps more than a paragraph for anything that can be seen.
Shelves three and four
What not to send is shorter: no bank details and no identity documents until the office has asked for them and said what they are for. Nothing on this site asks anyone to send either, and a message that appears to come from this office asking for a payment to a changed account did not come from this office.
OfficeThe registered office
The registered office is 382 Kenton Road, Harrow, HA3 8DP, United Kingdom. It is the address for service of formal notices on the company and it is the address that appears on the register. Post sent to it reaches the office; for anything that needs an answer rather than a record, the email address above is quicker and leaves the better trail.
The company is registered in England and Wales under company number 17428184, carries D-U-N-S number 235115225, and was incorporated on 29th August 2026.
